Description

Abstract:

First beam on target is expected this year at European Spallation Source in Lund. This new facility will provide cold neutron beam which will surpass any other neutron source existing or planned. It will offer an unique potential to push forward our knowledge on fundamental physics. Two experiments addressing the most basic problems of contemporary physics, Dark Matter problem and baryon number violation, prepared by HIBEAM-NNBAR collaboration, will be presented.
