Abstract:
Observation of spin-polarization of particles in relativistic heavy-ion collisions has led to the development of new theories to explain the phenomenon appropriately. One such recent development is the inclusion of spin degrees of freedom in the formulation of relativistic hydrodynamics at the ideal level. We further extend the theory of spin-hydrodynamics by incorporating the dissipative effects and also study the effect of a magnetic field on such dissipative spin-polarizable fluid.
