Abstract:

The Large Hadron Ion Collider Experiment (ALICE) is a dedicated heavy-ion experiment at the LHC that has been collecting data since 2009. I will present the recent results obtained by the ALICE Collaboration and briefly discuss the ALICE upgrade plans.
