Description

Abstract:

In this talk I will discuss numerous properties of the hadron resonance gas (HRG) in presence of static magnetic field and a detail comparison to the lattice QCD data. In particular, the importance of the anomalous magnetic moment of hadrons will be highlighted. Notably a significant failure of HRG to reproduce lattice data for magnetic susceptibility will be showcased along with a possible solution to tackle the issue.
