Abstract:
Since the LEP era, the lepton universality has been considered so “natural” that many started to doubt its correctness. New hopes arose especially when measurements involving the flavour changing neutral current transition 𝑏→𝑠ℓ+ℓ− have shown tantalising tensions with Standard Model predictions.
In this seminar, I will present new results on two key processes with the potential of the discovery of LFV using the complete dataset collected by the LHCb experiment so far.
